How do I cancel my subscription?

Beducated is flexible. You can easily cancel your account with a few clicks and will keep access until the end of your contracts’ runtime.

For canceling your subscription:

Make sure you are logged into app.beducated.com
To to "My Account"
Click the "Cancel"-button in the "Subscription" area of the page
Your subscription is now cancelled. You will have access until the end of your contracts’ runtime.

Note: If your subscription is from our legacy platform (so from 2021 or earlier), you will not see a cancel button, but a link to the legacy subscription management page. Simply follow this link and cancel there. Of course, if you have any issues at all, contact us via support@beducated.com
